At Pets Stuff Online, we want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
📦 Returning Unwanted Items
If you change your mind, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the original packaging

Unopened and unused

In the same condition you received them
Please get in touch with us here before sending anything back, so we can provide the return details and make the process as smooth as possible.
🐕 Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on the following:

Perishable goods (such as pet food, treats, or supplements)

Opened packaging

Clearance or short-dated stock (unless faulty)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
🚚 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with your order. In that case, we will cover the return costs or provide a prepaid label.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if we’ve sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our Contact Us page and include a photo of the issue. We’ll make sure to put things right quickly.
